yes, actually the customer service part on globe is the downside, I am now a happy customer of globe's Wimax fast and seamless internet service, having downloads up to 1.20mbps and uploads 1.09 mbps. that is after 3 weeks of poor service untill they configured my account correctly.
too bad!!!!
