saturday porkchop delight

inspired by witchbrew's vincent porkchop, i decided to cook a tasty dinner out of pork, potatoes and corn kernels. i marinated pork cubes with soy sauce, italian seasoning, oyster sauce, calamansi, pepper and a pinch of salt. then prepared the mashed potatoes, gravy, and mixed vegetable variant with corn kernels and carrots.

voila! a yummy dinner for saturday boredom.



i forgot to mention the roasted tomato and onions. yummy

All new 2008 yzf-r125, yes its 125cc for you kids out there. its on european market guys priced to an equivalent 380k php for us. i wonder when they release this here on philippine market, i wonder how much would it cost? or maybe its better to buy its big bro, the real r6.

a very boring sunday

yup a boring sunday, staying home with a piece of cake, sushi, a pork leg, and a pizza crust. what can i do? but cook and eat.

while im preparing the crispy pata, i prepared home-made cheesy hawaian pizza.



then the main event, the dreaded crispy pata for lunch.
