The shaman hits 20

Today the shaman hits level 20, now i can get my first mount so traveling thru the world gets more easier and faster than running on foot. At 16 I got my ghost wolf form, running speed at 40% and 60% on the mount.

Welcome to www.dashaman.com

I have decided to host my blog with its own domain name. Still in the process of migrating stuffs. Will post progress from time to time.

A Journey of a Troll Shaman

I've started a new troll shaman in a whole new world. The harsh world of a pvp realm, where meeting an opposite faction possess a threat. I am now a bonafide Horde. I was a former Alliance, played as a warrior and a shaman. I am new to the journey where all hordes takes. When Cataclysm hits the shelf I would like to try rolling with a worgen, but I wouldn't be a shaman anymore. Since there are no shamans for worgen class.

Globe Wimax Review Final Take

I have been newly subscribed with Globe Wimax, so I can give my take with this 4G infrastructure Globe is boasting about consistent and stable broadband wireless internet. What I notice about this is that, when you first subscribed the installers will bring the blender (Globe Wimax Modem), and an aerial antenna. When you subscribed for 1mbps, you will only get 512 kbps bandwidth. The technician/installers said it will take a few days to get your blender MAC address configured on the datanet server so it will give you your subscribed speed. You can speed it up by making a call to support but one call is not enough, However the representatives is not very helpful and delude you that the problem is with the subscriber setup, like computer hardware, antenna, everything that they can think of to get you to stop whining.

Globe Wimax Review Second Look

I made a review on globe wimax recently, check it here. I was doing my usual task, and decided to test my bandwidth, out of the blue and noticed an improvement.

The thing is, my house is under renovation, that needed me to relocate my stuff. So I setup my globe wimax modem outside the house in our nipa hut at the backyard, grabbed my antenna from the roof and just put the antenna pole on the side of the nipa hut roof with no strings attached. It is a temporary location. I have less signal in this location but higher link quality signal, two bars on the blender (globe wimax modem).
Signal strength at 49%, Link Quality(CINR Reuse1) at 19% and Link Quality(CINR Reuse3) at 29%

Got this bandwidth. Hooray! Finally after three weeks of constant calls to customer support. It finally got what i subscribed for.

Better than having this from my previous speedtest.

Ashitaba: Tommorow's Leaf

Ashitaba (Japanese name "ashitaba", Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi), or commonly called by Filipinos as "Asitaba," A herbal plant originated from Izlu Island. That gives profound effect if administered vocally orally like a lettuce. My father at age 60 consumed the herb regularly, and he experienced a revitalizing effect with his eye sight. He usually uses a reading glass in able to read text messages with the help of magnifying glass. Afterwards, he doesn't use the glasses anymore. With his arthritis also, that usually gets a load of his uric acid and making his feet swollen has magically improved. Several friends of him have began using the said plant, and testified favorable results in their blood pressure, diabetes and colon ailments. I am also convinced, and using its boiled leaves to make milk for my two baby girls. I also have tried and used ashitaba leaves to several dishes such as papaitan, sinigang, tokwa't baboy, nilaga, bulalo, adobong pusit and ensalada.  Later I will post articles on how to use ashitaba as veggie to common filipino dishes. Making your everyday food into a healthy meal. So stay tuned. It's up to you my readers to believe it or not, you can always do more research in order for you to determine if this benefits you or not.

Why the shaman?

I play as a shaman in World of Warcraft, Alexstrazsa Realm US. As an elemental spec for DPS and as a Healer for Instance and Raid.

I miss WoW, haven't been playing for about a month now.

Globe wimax speedtest

Here is a video of another speedtest using Globe Wimax using wi-tribe speed test tool and speedtest.net using Globe Mandaluyong server.

Another unhappy day of fast internet by Globe wimax technology.

Globe Wimax Review

Recently subscribed to Globe Wimax to get 4G technology. I have availed the 1 mbps package for 995 pesos.

What I can say is that, the signal is consistent. There are very few bumps I encounter, intermittent disconnection.  My signal strength is around 80-90% seems good so far.
Now with the juicy part of reviews when it comes to internet service providers, the speed test.

Just made my watermark template.

Yes, got myself my own watermark I'll be using henceforth on my image uploads.

I miss my linux system, its easier to find the right software whenever you need one.
The watermark software I got was a trial ware, but it would be nice to have something to use to get batch photos watermarked than one by one using adobe photoshop.
