Been experiencing "white screen of death" on my Acer
. I have tested external display, its working and system is intact. I found that this is common among Acer laptops, due to defective connectors or defective LCD 
inverters. I did check on the back plate, re-installed the video card, memory and all. But to no avail, still just the blank white screen on the LCD.
