Tofu is made from soy beans, the ones used in "taho"
I used 3 blocks of standard tofu, a few grams of pork, vinegar, soy sauce, onions and tomatoes. I sliced the tofu blocks into thin slices, and fried it to golden brown, enough to make it crispy. Re-sliced into to smaller pieces, minced tomatoes and onions, add some pre-boiled pork in salt and pork cubes, mixed all ingredients into a serving bowl.
The ratio for vinegar and soy sauce is from 1/2 cup vinegar to 2 tablespoon soy sauce.
Mix all together and sprinkle with some ground pepper, and voila.... ;p
