Pork Ribs |
I boiled up the nasty ribs for 3 hours to tenderize it then marinated in soy sauce with a mist of calamansi, onion and garlic and some seasoning.
Fried up some potato slices, then fried the ribs to golden brown to crisp the fatty stuff of the ribs, then stirr fried it to a fresh pan with the marinate and added some cream of mushroom to thicken the sauce.
Then placed the fried potatoes on top of the ribs after plating as a toppings.

I don't think I've ever heard of any ribs receiving this amount and variety of cooking before...
Did it taste nice?
yes it did taste nice, the meat is tender and comes of easily from the bone.
i just used a fried potato slices as a side dish to it, the sauce is mushroomy flavored with a mint of calamansi.
actually my wife bought the wrong kind of ribs, should be baby back ribs, instead of this gigantic ribs.
