Enchancing your Globe Wimax antenna gain with an old satellite dish

I have been plagued with a very poor signal strength due to bad location or area from my house. With the standard aerial antenna that comes with my Globe Wimax. I have decided to try using an old satellite tv dish lying around and put it to good use. Everything is in temporary mounting for this little experiment. You will notice rust and dirt on my dish and antenna receiver, as I have mounted this around 7:00 pm with a little rainshower.

Lazada is 8 digits richer

LAZADA, Southeast Asia’s largest online department store, today announced that it has received an eight digit euro investment from German retail group Tengelmann Group (“Tengelmann”). Tengelmann invested in LAZADA’s German holding company in a similar fashion to the recently announced investments by Investment AB Kinnevik, J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Summit Partners. LAZADA will use the funds strategically as it continues to explore new opportunities to further improve customer satisfaction.

PirateBox is a self-contained mobile communications device that enables anonymous file-sharing. It utilizes wifi technology, catering to most devices that uses wireless connectivity thru wireless standards. PirateBox is created by David Darts and is registered under GNU GPLv3. This license grants the right to freely copy, distribute and transform creative works according to the principles of copyleft.
